Digital Products (No Returns or Refunds)
All digital product sales are final.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been provided.
If you experience technical difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us through our Contact page and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Print-On-Demand (Custom) Products
All physical products are custom-made to order through our fulfillment partner.
Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
Please review sizing charts and order details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To review your claim, we may request:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Your order number
If the issue is verified, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Because custom products enter production quickly, cancellation requests may not be possible after purchase.

If a refund is approved in rare circumstances, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
